Our core services.
Understanding What's Going On
We take the time to understand why behaviours are happening — talking with the participant, family, carers, and other people involved. The clinical name for this is a Functional Behaviour Assessment, but in practice it's a careful conversation that builds a complete picture.
A Practical Plan Forward
We turn what we've learnt into a clear, practical plan — written in language that makes sense to everyone who's part of the participant's life, not just clinicians. This is sometimes called a Behaviour Support Plan.
Reducing Restrictive Practices
Where restrictive practices are in place, we work to safely reduce and eliminate them over time. We handle all the documentation and reporting required by the NDIS Commission so families and carers can focus on the participant.
Helping the People Around the Participant
We work with the people supporting the participant — family, carers, support workers, teachers — so everyone feels confident using the same strategies. That consistency is often what makes the biggest difference.
We Stay Involved
Things change. Children grow, circumstances shift, what worked yesterday may not work tomorrow. We check in regularly, adjust plans as needed, and stay alongside you as life evolves.
The Paperwork, Handled
NDIS documentation, reporting, plan reviews — we take care of the administrative side so participants and their families don't have to. Everything is done to a high standard, and on time.
Flexible delivery to suit your life.
We understand that participants and families need support in the settings where life actually happens. Allied Progress delivers services across a range of environments:
In-Home
We come to you. In-home support allows us to observe and intervene in the environment where behaviours most often occur.
School & Community
We work alongside educators, community support workers, and other professionals in the settings that matter to the participant.
Telehealth
Remote support for participants outside our service region, or for those who prefer online sessions for consultation and training.
For support coordinators: We welcome referrals and work closely with support coordinators to streamline the intake process. We understand your role and aim to make every referral straightforward, well-documented, and responsive.
